We’re excited to introduce our newly hired PR Account Intern, Marian!
Marian is currently a Public Relations student at San Diego State University who is eager to learn everything that the field encompasses! In addition to PR, Marian is also pursuing a minor in Child and Family Development, as she loves working with and spending time with children. She hopes to one day merge the two fields and do PR for the benefit of children. Marian is also an active member of her sorority, Pi Beta Phi.
During her time at Luxuria PR, she will be in charge of managing social media and blogging, assisting with press releases, pitching, and creating story ideas! Her areas of interest lie in entertainment, food, health, and nonprofits. Her long term career goals are to work in entertainment PR and then later continue her work with nonprofit children’s organizations.
A few fun things about Marian:
1.) She loves spending time with family and friends.
2.) She comes from the city of Elk Grove, CA which surprisingly has no real elk.
3.) She has an addiction to Yogurtland (she goes basically everyday, sometimes twice a day).
4.) She wants to travel the world and see all of the wondrous things it has to offer.
5.) She may be tiny, but she’s fierce.
Her passion for learning and strife for personal growth are qualities that are sure to make her an asset to our agency and we could not be more thrilled to have her!
