Beauty by Dolly‘s Dolly Bakshai has been dubbed San Diego’s secret beauty weapon by UT San Diego! In their feature, they discussed her services as well as how she got to her level of expertise today. She briefly described threading as natural hair removal done with a string of 100% cotton thread and further explained that she first learned the art from her aunt when she was only 14 years old. Since then Dolly has gone through over 50 years of practice, some of which was from one of the top beauty gurus in India. Unfortunately, the master brow artist is no longer taking clients due to an unexpected back injury.
